Hong Kong Women’s U20s Finish as Runners-Up in Asia Rugby U20s Sevens Series, Men’s U20s Bounce Back to take Plate
The Hong Kong Rugby Union’s Women’s U20s sevens team lost 7-5 to Thailand in the Cup final of the Asia Rugby U20s Sevens Series this afternoon in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
The Men’s U20 bounced back from a tough opening day to win the Plate beating Chinese Taipei 17-12 in the final.
Hong Kong host the second leg of the U20s Series at King’s Park Sports Ground on Friday 12th and Saturday 13th August, free entry, 1.00-7.30pm both days.
Only 2 days to go to the start of the Olympics and the long-awaited return of rugby to the Olympic family!

You can watch the action on TVB Pearl, Women's group matches will be shown on the 7th & 8th at around 3am, semi finals on the 9th at around 1am, bronze medal and silver medal at around 5am.
