This will be the 2nd year in which the HKRU have chosen to replace the traditional paper tickets with digital tickets for the upcoming Cathay Pacific/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens. A user guide will be sent out closer to the date of the event regarding information about digital ticketing. This guide will help you with downloading the “HKRU Ticketing” app, in order to retrieve your ticket(s), and will also inform you on how you may transfer a ticket to another person, if necessary. Therefore, it is essential that you provide an accurate mobile phone number with your registration as this is one of the key items required for the HKRU to send you access to your tickets.  Without an accurate mobile number, you will not receive the SMS which will be sent by the HKRU.
